Well its been another fab week, I had a visit from an old friend who loved the items I made for her and also have started to receive stock that was ordered at the trade show.  Hopefully will have more pictures to post this week, hope you all have a super week and the sunshine that we have had this weekend stays! x

Well I am really looking forward to Monday, myself & my friend Wendy are taking a trip to the NEC to the Trade Craft Show & to say we were excited would be an understatement!
We are going to look out for individual items that are not so common in the marketplace and really anything that catches our eye that we think will be lovely in the shop.

We will be making a bee line for http://paper-and-string.blogspot.com/  I would love to stock some of her items, I have been a fan for ages!

And of course we will be looking out for new fabric suppliers!

Oh what a lovely Valentine day - I received 2 boxes of fabric and within 10 minutes I had taken an order for some bunting in this brilliant fabric! 
The write up reads -Dottie's Sweet Shop evokes an old-fashioned candy store, right down to the apothecary jars and striped wallpaper. The various sweets and labels mix splendidly with the packed and regular dot prints. Bring on the sugar rush! Mix them with our Color Weave Soft Brights for a delicious, mouthwatering fabric treat!

Welcome 2013!!  Sorry its been a while since my last post, we were very busy in the build up to Christmas with lots of bunting orders, and it seems to me that quite a few people either got sewing machines for Christmas or made it their New Year Resolution to sew more as I have been really busy with online fabric sales.

We have just had the lovely Hello Sunshine Fabric range delivered yesterday from Riley Blake and have been busy making pinnys.

Brrrrrr. Its abit chilly out there and getting dark already!  We have the Christmas tree up at home and a collection of decorations to take to the shop on Monday.  What a busy week it has been, we had a wonderful delivery of 16 bolts of new fabrics, some of them I have managed to list - this range is proving to be very popular already!

We have also reduced all our Christmas lines by 15% so grab yourself a bargain!
